摘　　要：本文主要研究了基于PIN光电二极管与CsI(Tl)晶体的γ射线辐射探测器,给出了电流放大型和电压放大型的原理图以及制板图,并对其性能做了简单分析。The paper mainly research T-rays nuclear detector based on the PIN diode and CsI （Tl） crystal, then present schematic diagram and board diagram of current amplifier and voltage amplifier. In the end, analyze its performance.
