摘  要:改变阀控式铅酸电池(VRLA)极板化成电解液浓度,用不同浓度电解液生产的极板装配电池,并检测了电池的初始容量与循环寿命的关系。化成电解液的浓度从1.075 g/ml升高到1.120 g/ml时,电池的放电时间从610 min上升到655min,循环寿命没有明显的降低。The formation electrolyte concentration of plate of valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery was changed, the batteries with the plates of different electrolyte concentrations were produced, The relation between initial capacity and cycle life of the battery was tested, When the formation electrolyte concentration was increased from 1.075 g/ml to 1.120 g/ml, the discharge time of the battery was increased from 610 min to 655 min, the cycle life had no significant change.
