摘  要:采用盐酸-氯化铵底液示波极谱法测定电池锌筒中微量锡的含量。试样用盐酸溶解,加H2O2助溶,以盐酸-氯化铵为支持电解质,动物胶为抑制剂,在-0.25^-0.52 V的外加电压下进行分析,与同条件下的标准样的结果进行比较,计算含量。结果表明:该方法简便、快速,具有良好的重现性。测定锡的标准偏差在±8.018 7×10-3以内,相对标准偏差≤2.338 5%;锡的回收率为99.71%~99.95%;平均回收率为99.83%。The trace tin in zinc can of battery was determined by the osciUopolarography. The sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid and H2O2 was added as solubilizer; hydrochloric acid-ammonium chloride was used as supporting electrolyte; animal gum was used to inhibit maximum; the analysis was taken under the applied voltage of - 0.25 ~ - 0.52 V and compared with the results of standard sample under the same condition to calculate the content. The results showed that the method was simple and fast and had fine reproducibility. The standard deviation of tin determination was not more than ±8. 018 7 × 10^-3, the relative standard deviation ≤2.338 5% ,the recovery of tin was 99.71% - 99.95% and the average recovery was 99.83%.
