摘  要:利用12对微卫星引物对红鳍笛鲷(♀)、千年笛鲷(♂)及其红鳍笛鲷(♀)×千年笛鲷(♂)子一代(F1)3个群体进行扩增,对3个群体的等位基因频率、群体多态信息含量、有效等位基因数、杂合度、Shannon信息指数及群体间遗传距离进行了遗传检测,共检测到29个等位基因,平均每个基因座位2.4167个等位基因。红鳍笛鲷、F1、千年笛鲷3个群体的多态信息含量分别为0.3484、0.5008、0.4097;有效等位基因数分别为1.9787、2.5074、2.1334;杂合度分别为0.6548、1.0000、0.7384;Shannon信息指数分别为0.6207、0.9240、0.6957。红鳍笛鲷(♀)-F1、F1-千年笛鲷(♂)、红鳍笛鲷(♀)-千年笛鲷(♂)的遗传距离分别为0.3116、0.2346、0.7813。多态信息含量、有效等位基因数、杂合度、Shannon信息指数均显示F1代有杂种优势。The heterosis of F1 hybrids ( Lutjanus erythropterus ♀×L. sebae ♂ ) was analyzed with a SSR method. Gene frequency, polymorphism information contents ( PIC), effective number of alleles ( Ae), observed heterozygosity( Ho), Shannon' s Information index (I) and genetic distances(D) were studied in three populations of red snapper using 12 microsatellite loci which were screened from 20 microsatellite loci to amplify the genomic DNA. Total of 29 alleles were detected and the mean number of alleles per locus was 2.4167. The values of PIC of parental populations and their F1 hybrids were 0.3484 ( ♀ ) ,0. 5008 (F1) and 0.4097 ( ♂ ) ,respectively; the Ae were 1. 9787( ♀ ), 2.5074 ( F1 ) and 2. 1334 ( ♂ ) ,respectively; and the Ho were 0. 6548 ( ♀ ), 1. 0000 ( F1 ) and 0. 7384 ( ♂ ) ;the I were 0. 6207( ♀ ) ,0.9240( F1 ) and 0. 6957( ♂ ) ,respectively,F1 populations showeing greater genetic diversity than parental populations. Furthermore, the genetic distance between hybrid populations and L. erythropterus( ♀ ) was 0. 3116, 0. 2346 between hybrid population and L. sebae( ♂ ) and 0. 7813 between L. erythropterus ( ♀ ) and L. sebae ( ♂ ). The data of PIC, Ae, Ho and I all showed that F1 owned the potential heterosis.
