锦州市三室两厅住宅套型原型设计的探讨

摘　　要：为寻求三室两厅住宅设计原型,有针对性地选择了2000-2006年期间占据锦州市房地产市场较大份额的三室两厅趋同套型,依据对锦州市2000-2006年房地产市场上的13种趋同的三室两厅共68套住宅套型设计,得出该套型的细节数据分析结果,对套型设计中的要素特征加以归纳总结,尝试地进行了适于锦州地区的三室两厅住宅套型的原型设计并阐明了该套型原型设计所具有的特征,此种设计研究方法将为今后的商品住宅设计提供较有价值的数据参考。To seek the prototype design of a three-room and two-halls housing type, the authors have selected especially three kinds of the similar housing type occupying the greater share of estate market in Jinzhou city during 2000-2006. Author investigated 68 sets of housing which belong to 13 kinds of similar category with three-room and two-hall housing sets in the real estate market of Jinzhou city during 2000-2006, obtaining results of the analysis of a lot of detailed data about the housing type. The authors also summarized the essential factors and the characteristic of the housing type of design and attempt to do the prototype design of a three-room and two-hall housing type which is suitable for Jinzhou area and expound the characteristics of this prototype design. The design method will orovide some valuable data for the future housing design.
