摘 要:针对编队电子战中的作战方案生成和优化问题,提出了基于分阶段有向协同决策网、以协同决策效能为最大目标的网络优化方法。讨论了协同决策网的构成,定义了效能可行点的概念,给出了效能可行点的计算判定方法。通过定理证明,在子方案效能最大基础上,构成协同决策网最大效能通路的充分必要条件是该通路包含了协同网中所有效能可行点,协同网的阶段划分降低了网络计算量。考虑到效能因子的复杂性,将协同效能计算扩展到了多指标的情况,利用该方法有效地解决了作战子方案之间的协同问题,将该方法成功地应用于舰艇编队电子对抗反导方案优选及协同效能计算中。To solve the problem of fleet EW combat scheme generation and optimization, a special net optimization method is proposed, based on phase-divided directional cooperation decision-making net, to obtain the maximum cooperation efficiency. The structure of cooperation decision-making net (CDMN) is discussed. The concept of efficiency approval node is defined. The calculation and judgment of efficiency approval node is given. The theorem has been proved that the sufficient and compulsory condition of composing the maximum efficiency path of CDMN is that the path must pass every efficiency approval node in the net based on the maximum efficiency of sub-schemes. The phase division of CDMN reduces its amount of calculation. Considering the complexity of efficiency factors, the cooperation efficiency calculation is extended to a multi-targets scenario. This method, which can solve the cooperation problem between sub-schemes effectively and, finally is used to optimize the fleet EW anti-missile scheme and calculate cooperation efficiency.
