摘　　要：为了将并行工程理论引入工程项目管理领域中,探索基于并行工程的工程项目管理模式。结合并行工程定义与特点,对工程项目管理的实质进行论述,对工程项目管理中并行工程理念进行分析。利用工程项目管理与并行工程共同特点,建立基于并行工程的工程项目管理模式组织结构。通过对某企业的具体情况进行分析,在充分调查研究的基础上,建立了基于并行工程理论的创新型管理模式——业主驱动型管理模式,对于有效地实施该企业工程项目管理起到了积极的作用。根据企业实际,探索基于并行工程的项目管理模式,对于工程项目管理模式的选择具有一定的理论创新和实际意义,扩大了并行工程实施的外延。In order to introduce the theory of concurrent engineering to the engineering projects management, the mode of engineering project management in concurrent engineering is explored. The essence of engineering project management is discussed and the feasibilities of concurrent engineering in the engineering project management is analysized with the definition and characteristics of concurrent engineering. The mode of engineering project management is built in the concurrent engineering by means of the common characteristics of engineering project management and concurrent engineering so that it is likely that the concurrent engineering can be applied in the engineering project management. Based on the concurrent engineering, a new creative management mode --- owner driving management mode is built, which will play a positive role in performing engineering project management of this enterprise effectively, in terms of the specific analysis of an enterprise and enough investigations. According to the specific situations of this enterprise, the exploration of managing mode on the concurrent engineering will bring some new theory to choose the engineering project management modes. The application of concurrent engineering is extended and definition of concurrent engineering is strengthened.
