从三维角度论现代技术观的演进与和谐技术观的构建

摘　　要：本文从技术的三维角度分析了现代技术观的演进过程,即技术决定论(包括技术乐观主义和技术悲观主义)——部分条件论(包括生态技术论、文化主导论和技术人文化)——条件总和论(包括适用技术论)三个阶段。现代技术观割裂了技术与经济、自然、社会的有机联系,都与和谐社会的目标系统有一定差距,因此构建和谐技术观是实现社会和谐的必然选择。This article analyses the modern outlook on technology from three dimensions, i. e. , technological determinism （including technological optimism and technological pessimism）, theory of partial conditions （including theory of eco-technology, the culturalist perspective and humanitization of technology）, and theory of total conditions （including theory of appropriate technology）. The modern outlook on technology, separating technology from economy, nature and society, falls short of the goals of a harmonious society. It is, therefore, imperative to construct a harmonious outlook on technology, which is the central idea of this paper.
