精馏生产锌粉的在线监控系统研究

摘　　要：简述了精馏法生产锌粉的工艺过程,运用组态王软件Kingview6.5研究和设计了锌粉生产的在线监控系统,以实现精馏生产锌粉过程中各个设备运行状况的在线监测、故障报警、数据报表趋势分析与打印、历史数据记录及查询等功能。应用实践证明,该系统图形界面友好,操作方便,有助于提高工作效率。The process of zinc powder by distillation is introduced. The monitored control system is studied and designed by using the configuration software ＂KingView6.5＂ to realize the functions of on-line monitoring, fault alarming, data tendency analysis and printing, recording and inquiring history data of operating condition of equipment in the process of zinc powder by distillation. It is proved that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface, reliable and accurate data collection, operation easily. The efficiency of this process can be improved remarkably.
