摘　　要：目的制备利福平滴眼液。方法以少量的甘油润湿利福平后,加适量的氢氧化钠溶液(0.1mol·L-1)溶解利福平,然后再加入其他成分。结果利用该方法制备不但解决了利福平溶解困难和滴眼液的渗透压问题,还可避免本品产生对眼睛的刺激性。结论本制备工艺简单、实用,质量可控。Objective To improve the preparation of rifampicin eye drops.Methods After making the rifampicin moist by a small quantity of glycerol,solution of sodium hydroxide（0.1 mol·L^-1）was added to dissolve rifampicin,and then other components were added.Results This method not only solved the deliquescent and penetrative problem of rifapin,but also avoided the irritation on eyes.Conclusion This method is simple and practical,with reliable quality control.
