摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定胃力片中柚皮苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液（32∶68,v/v）为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为283nm。结果柚皮苷与橙皮苷线性范围分别为14.0-126.0μg.mL^-1（r=0.9997）、2.88-25.92μg.mL^-1（r=0.9997）,平均回收率分别为96.4%、97.8%。结论该方法简便准确、重现性好、可为胃力片质量控制提供依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of narigin and hesperidin in Weili tablets.Methods The HPLC system consisting of an ODS column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）and a mixture of methanol and 1% acetic acid-water（32∶68,v/v）as the mobile phase was adopted.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the UV detection was 283 nm.Results The assay displayed good linearity over 14.0～126.0 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 7）and 2.88～25.92 μg·mL^-1（r= 0.999 7）,respectively.The average recoveries for narigin and hesperidin were 96.4% and 97.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Weili tablets.
