摘 要:通过对零件进行工艺分析和理论计算,得出产品的拉深系数为0.46,大于有凸缘圆筒形件第1次拉深时的最小拉深系数0.42,零件能够一次拉深成形。改进了工艺方案,用一套复合模完成落料、拉深、冲孔3道工序,阐述了压铁复合模具的总体结构特点和工作过程。实际生产证明,模具操作方便、安全可靠、降低了劳动强度和生产成本,能保证产品质量,生产效率提高了3倍,设备利用率提高了2倍。模具已生产近10万件产品,经济效益显著。Through the technology analysis and theories calculation of the parts, the drawing coefficient of the product was got which was 0. 46. Because it was bigger than 0.42 which was the first minimum drawing coefficient of the flanged cylindrical cups, the part could be drawed once and the technical scheme was improved. A compound die was used to finish the processes of blanking, drawing, and punchng. The whole structure character and working process about the clamp iron compound die were introduced. The results prove that the die is easy to be operated and reliable. The labour intensity and production cost are reduced, which can improve production efficiency by 3 times . The product's quality is guaranteened and the equipment utilization rate is raised by 2 times. The die has already produced near a hundred thousand products. The economical efficiency is remarkable.
