摘 要:液压机快速大流量液压系统的无级调速是一个有待解决的技术问题。本文研究了一种适用于大流量调节与控制的流量反馈型电液比例流量阀。摒弃了大流量比例流量阀结构中在先导控制级和流量调节级之间设置一级液压随动增力放大装置──控制缸的三级控制方式,而采用二级控制。克服了体积大、制造工艺结构复杂、频率响应低、故障多等缺陷,达到了电流与流量控制的直接比例关系,扩大和补充了比例流量阀的调速选用范围,增强了液压传动作为压力机动力系统应用的性能保障。The stepless speed of press hydraulic system with rapidly high flow is a difficult and challenging problem. A new electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve based on flow feedback was presented, which was adaptive to high flow controh Abandoning setting one step magnified device (three-step control way of cylinder) via plot and flow control for high flow proportional valve, an advanced two-step control method was proposed for the proportional flow valve. So it overcame a lot of weakpoints, such as structural complexity, lower frequency response, higher trouble etc. , and reached the direct proportional relationship by current and flow control. Furthermore, the designed method could enlarge and compensate the adjusted velocity rang of flow valve to improve press power systems capability.
