摘 要:125 MN挤压机是目前我国最大吨位挤压机,本文阐述了对125 MN挤压机自动化控制系统改造的实施方案,介绍了整套系统的结构与软、硬件实现方法。系统主要包括监控界面模块、报警模块、数据处理模块、参数控制模块和用户权限模块,达到了数据处理速度快、系统结构可靠和扩充能力强的要求。最后设计了利用WinCC与PLC400进行高速数据通信的方法,采样周期突破了WinCC中的最快刷新周期250 ms的限制,达到10 ms,满足了特殊数据高速采集的要求。125 MN extruding machine is the largest rated tonnage of all in our country at present. The implementing scheme of the automatic control system about 125 MN extruding machine was clarified, and the structure of the whole monitoring system and the realizable software and hardware method were introduced. The whole system, mainly including the controlling interface module, the warning module, the data processing module, the parameter and controlling module and the users' authority module, could meet the requirements of rapid data process, reliable system structure and powerful extendable ability. Finally, the WinCC and PLC400 high-speed data communication method was designed and utilized. The sampling period broke through the most rapid refresh cycle 250 ms's restriction of WinCC, and reached 10ms quickly, which had responded to the request that the special high-speed data should be gathered.
