摘 要:通过Marc软件建立组合垫板的三维有限元模型。对整体高度恒定的垫板组的不同板厚组合进行分析,得到了不同组合时各层垫板间的接触应力曲线,并统计了各个接触层间的接触面积。分析表明:在不同的板厚组合中,第1层垫板的厚度对整个垫板组的接触应力和接触面积的影响最大,其板厚增加60%时,接触应力减少37.5%,接触面积增加48.1%。因此,调整垫板的厚度可以有效地减小垫板间的接触应力和增大接触面积,从而改善整个垫板组的受力状态,延长整个垫板组的使用寿命。分析结果对于指导压力机垫板组设计具有参考价值。A three-dimension finite element model was built based on the Marc software platform. Via analysis of different plate thickness combinations of equality height spacer plate group, contact stress curves and contact area distribution among the plates were got. It is found that the thickness of the first layer has much more effect on the contact stress and contact area among the different plate thickness combinations. As the plate thickness increases 60%, contact stress decreases 37.5 % and contact area increases 48. 1%. It shows that adjusting thickness of plates can decrease contact stress and increase contact area, accordingly improve spacer plate group load condition and prolong the spacer plates group life-span. New spacer plates group design could refer to these analysis results.
