摘  要:对微型短初级永磁直线无刷直流电动机进行了优化设计研究,在电机槽数不变的情况下,设计不同的电机绕组分布方式和初级长度内对应永磁体的数目,并进行了齿槽力的分析和研究。利用傅立叶级数得到了齿槽力的谐波和幅值与槽数、极数的关系,并进行了谐波分析。利用有限元方法计算了不同电机模型的齿槽力,仿真结果表明,该电机具有较小的齿槽力和推力脉动。The design of short primary linear permanent magnet brushless DC motor(LPMBDCM) was researched. To different winding constitutions, there were several combinations of slot and pole in a primary range. Cogging torque reduction methods were discussed and applied to the optimum design of a linear brushless DC motor. By using Fourier series, the relation between the value and harmonic of cogging force and the number of slot and pole was acquired. And there was a smaller cogging force when the number of slot and pole was similar and share no common factor. Finally ,the cogging force was calculated using finite element method (FEM) ,the result showed that the cogging force of the new design was smaller.
