摘 要:主要研究了以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)、不饱和有机酸M、有机胺类功能单体P为原料合成两性聚合物,该两性聚合物与AKD配合使用可大大提高施胶速率,降低AKD施胶滞后现象。最佳合成工艺:物料摩尔比为n(DADMAC):n(M):n(P)=4.5:4.5:1;引发温度60℃,引发剂用量为单体总量的0.73%,反应时间330min,产物黏度可达410mPa·s(25℃)。施胶增效剂的最佳用量为AKD乳液用量的8%,在相同条件下,浆内施胶纸样Cobb值下降70%,表面施胶纸样Cobb值下降81.5%,施胶效果明显提高。This study deals with an amphoteric polymer that is a polymerization reaction product of DADMAC, an unsaturated organic acid M and a functional monomer P. The use combining this amphoteric resin and AKD can increase the sizing efficiency and shorten the AKD aging time. The mole ratio of DADMAC:M:P. used in the polymerization reaction was about 4.5:4.5:1, the reaction temperature was 60℃, the dosage of the initiator was 0.73% of the total monomers amount. The viscosity of the final product was 410 mPa.S at 25℃ when polymerization reaction was carried out for 330 minutes. The optimal dosage of this amphoteric resin employed in AKD emulsion was 8%. The Cobb value decreased by 70% while this amphoteric resin was employed in internal sizing and by 81.5% in surface sizing.
