摘  要:通过浇注工艺制备了短切碳纤维/AlN/环氧树脂复合材料,研究了复合材料热、电和力学性能。结果表明,复合材料的热导率、介电常数、弯曲强度和模量随短切碳纤维含量增加而上升,其电阻率则下降。当短切碳纤维体积含量由0变化到1.8%时,复合材料的热导率由1.14W.m-1K-1提高到1.45W.m-1K-1;弯曲强度和模量分别提高了14%和13%;而体积电阻率和表面电阻率分别由2.69×1015Ω.m和2.09×1013Ω降到6.16×1012Ω.m和2.95×1010Ω。复合材料的热膨胀系数随碳纤维含量变化不大。Short carbon fiber/ AlN/ epoxy composites were prepared by casting method. The thermal, electrical and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that, the thermal conductivity, the dielectric constant, the dielectric loss, the flexural strength and modulus of the composite increase with the volume fraction of short carbon fiber, while the resistivity decreases. The thermal conductivity of the composite increases from 1.14 W·m^-1K^-1 to 1.45 W ·m^-1K^-1 as the volume fraction of short carbon variation from 0 to 1.8%. The enhancement of flexural strength and modulus are up to 14% and 13%, respectively. The bulk resistivity of the composite decreases from 2.69× 10^15Ω·m to6.16×10^12Ω·m and the surface resistivity from 2.09× 10^13 to 2.95× 10^10. The thermal expansion coefficient of the composite varies little while the content of carbon fiber changes.
