湖南古梅山地区原生态民族传统体育项目的调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地访谈和田野调查等方法,对地处湖南境内古梅山地区民族传统体育项目进行调查,结果表明,历史悠久的梅山民族体育文化孕育出以武术、竞技能力、嬉戏娱乐、配合节庆习俗为主的四大民族传统体育项群,与现代体育有显著差异。Based on literature, interview and spot research, investigation on ecological ethnic traditional sports items of ancient Meishan areas in Hunan province shows that the four ethnic traditional sports item groups were brought out in the long history of Meishan sports culture, including martial arts, competition of strength, entertainment and relaxation, and sports on festivals and ceremonies, which are of great difference from modern sports.
