摘  要:决明子经溶剂抽提得到可溶有机质,然后采用柱色层族组成的分离方法,将可溶有机质分离为非极性馏分、弱极性馏分和极性馏分.这3个馏分经气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC/MSD)分析,检测出117种生物标志化合物,以直链脂肪酸系列生物标志化合物相对丰度最高为特征.研究表明室温保存的决明子易受到细菌-酶的降解作用,其各系列生物标志化合物的降解顺序为:正规烷烃>五环三萜烷>甾烷>脂肪酸.研究样品检测出的有机化合物中高丰度的亚油酸对人及动物体具有良好生理作用.In the first instance, we may get the dissoluble organic substances from the Semen Cassiae by sol,vent extraction. Then they will be divided into three portions, non-polar fractions,weak polar fractions and polar fractions by the pole chromatographic composition separation. In the next place, these portions have been checked by the GC/MSD. We can find there are 117 biomarkers, and the dissoluble organic substances are characterized by high relative abundance of straight chain fatty acid. Investigation has indicated that the Semen Cassiae in the room temperature can be degraded by germs, and its sequence of degradation of the biomarkers is alkane〉pentacyclic triterpane〉sterane〉fatty acid. The linoleic acid which is high in the dissoluble organic substances in the Semen Cassiae, has a good physiological action for the humans and animals.
