摘　　要：主要介绍了催化剂污水处理装置中卧式螺旋卸料离心分离机的使用情况及在生产中出现的主要故障,通过监测分析和生产能力核算找出这些故障产生的原因,并从3方面介绍几种故障解决办法以及改造建议.The operation of the horizontal spiral centrifugal separator and its main troubles in unloading the material in the sewage disposal are introduced. The causes of these troubles are found with the help of monitor analysis and academic calculation of generative capability. Some solutions and suggestions are given.
