新疆天西林区天然林病虫害防治对策

摘　　要：新疆远离海洋,森林资源稀少,生态环境十分脆弱,属于自然灾害频发严重的干旱内陆地区。因此,宝贵的天然林资源对维护西部生态环境,发展绿洲经济有着举足轻重的作用。但是,近年来由于气象灾害诱发了大量森林病虫害,林木鼠害十分猖獗;外来有害生物频频入侵,使天然林资源面临前所未有的灾难。为了应对森林病虫害的侵袭,保护天然林资源,提出天西林区要认真落实科学发展观,重视森林病虫害防治队伍建设,大力推广林业无公害防治新技术,加强森林病虫鼠害的防治和林业有害生物入侵防范的创新,加快构建生态文明。Xinjiang is far away from sea. There are scarce forest resource in Xinjiang. Its ecological environment is very fragile. It belongs to arid inland district and there are more nature disaster. So nature forest has great significance to protect ecological environment. Developing green economy has play a important role. But in recent years, there are lots of plant diseases and insect pests of nature forest because of the weather, such as rats plague and outside organisms. Raise up to practise the view of science development, pay attention to prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests of nature forest, develop new techonology and techonology innovation, quichen the ecological culture construction.
