摘　　要：目的通过对某企业医院改制的方式与成效的描述和分析,为我国企业医院改制这一政策难题提供一定的参考。结果某医院采取股份合作制的改革模式进行改制,从机构收入、工作效率、人员流动、服务质量、医疗费用等指标来看,改制是成功的。结论股份合作制改革是企业医院改制的一种典型模式,但成功的改制仍需因院制宜。Objective Our article aims to provide some references to the national enterprise hospitals reform by the description and analysis of reform model and effect of an enterprise hospital. Method Descriptive analysis and logical description are adopted. Result One hospital adopted the model of stock cooperation system reform; it showed that the reform is successful through the analysis of organization income, efficiency, personnel movement ~ service qual- ity and expense. Conclusion Stock cooperation system reform is one of the typical models of enterprise hospital system reform, while a successful reform is still dependent on the complicated environment.
