紫外可见分光光度法测定青刺尖总黄酮含量

摘　　要：目的：建立青刺尖（Prinsepia utilis Royle）总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法：以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法在510nm处测定青刺尖中总黄酮类化合物的含量。结果：芦丁在0．00810-0．0486mg／mL范围内线性良好，总黄酮平均回收率为101．41％，RSD为0．50％。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏，可作为测定青刺尖总黄酮含量的方法。Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of total flavones in Prinsepia Utilis Royle. Methods: An ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of the total flavones in Prinsepia Utilis Royle at 510nm with rutin as a standard control. Results: The rutin had a good linear at the range of 0.00810-0.0486 mg/ml. The average recovery rate of the total flavones was 101.41%, RSD was 0.50%. Conclusion: The method was easy, quick, accurate and sensitive and can be used to determine the content of total flavones in Prinsepia Utilis Royle.
