扁丝生产中影响强度因素的探讨

摘　　要：本文详细论述扁丝生产中原材料和工艺对扁丝质量的影响。原材料一般有粒料F401聚丙烯、粉料聚丙烯、填充母料和回收料等，用粒料生产的扁丝强度最大，填充母料对强度稍有影响。工艺包括料筒温度、水浴温度、拉伸速度等，并对影响扁丝强度的因素作了论述。In this paper,the material and production technology of flat fiber were studied. The ma terial included pellet PP F401,powder PP F401, master batch and regenerated PP etc.. The tenacity was highest when pellet PP was used,and decreased slightly when master batch was filled. The factors affecting the tenacity of flat fiber such as the temperature of extrusion and cooling water,and stretching speed were discussed.
