摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了分子筛负载杂多酸催化剂Ni-SiW12/MCM-41,在常压连续固定床反应器中考察了其对正庚烷加氢异构化反应的催化性能,讨论了焙烧温度、活性组分含量、还原温度和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,以焙烧温度为400℃制备的含Ni质量分数4%、SiW12质量分数30%的Ni-SiW12/MCM-41催化剂在还原温度400℃、反应温度300℃、反应时间6 h的条件下,催化正庚烷加氢异构化反应的性能较好,正庚烷转化率可达18.5%,异构化选择性可达74%。The mesoporous sieve supported heterpolyacid (HPA) catalyst Ni-SiW12/MCM-41 was prepared by impregnation method. The isomerization of n-heptane over Ni-SiW12/MCM-41 catalyst was investigated in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor under atmospheric pressure. The effects of calcination temperature, Ni and HPA contents in the catalyst, the reduction temperature and isomerization reaction conditions on the catalytic performance of Ni-SiW12/MCM-41 were studied. The results showed that the Ni-SiW12/MCM-41 with Ni mass fraction of 4% and SiW12 mass fraction of 30% prepared under the calcination temperature of 400℃ possessed better activity in isomerization of n-heptane at reduction temperature of 400℃ and reaction temperature of 300℃ for 6 h. The conversion of n-heptane and the isomerization selectivity to i-heptane could reach 18.5% and 74%, respectively.
