摘　　要：细纱牵伸后区附加压力棒的新型曲线牵伸上销对成纱质量有显著影响。将新型曲线牵伸上销与普通上销在环锭纺纱机上纺制CJ 18 tex和CJ 10 tex纱,测试对比了成纱条干、毛羽等性能。结果表明,曲线牵伸上销依靠张力调节装置和压力棒作用,可以提高后区牵伸倍数,改善成纱条干CV值,减少成纱毛羽。The distinct improvement to the yarn quality by using new type curvilinear drafting top pin with additional pressure bar in the break draft zone was introduced. Through spinning and testing yarn of JC 18 tex and JC 10 tex with curvilinear top pin and normal top pin, the results showed cur vilinear drafting top pin could improve the draft ratio of break draft zone and reduce mass CV and hairiness of yarns.
