摘 要:探讨了不同种类苯丙共聚物表面施胶剂产品自身成膜吸水率与其施胶纸张Cobb值之间的关系。当表面施胶液中氧化淀粉表面施胶剂的质量分数分别为0.5%、0.2%,温度60℃常规条件下进行表面施胶时,施胶纸张Cobb值(y)随产品成膜吸水率(x)的降低而减小,二者关系式近似为y=3.4956Lnx+10.504。提出了苯丙共聚物产品施胶效果的简易评估方法:对比产品的成膜吸水率,数值越小其施胶效果越好。The relation between the water absorbency of copolymer film and the Cobb value of paper sheet was researched with styrene-acrylate based copolymer applied to paper as a surface sizing agent. The Cobb value of sized paper (y) was reduced with the water absorbency of copolymer film(x) decreased, and an approximate equation abbreviated as y=3.4956Lnx +10.504 was concluded, when applying the surface sizing liquid with conventional performance of w (oxidized starch) =5%, w (surface sizing agent) =0.2% and size temperature of 60℃. Finally,A simple way to evaluate the sizing effect of styrene based copolymer was gave as follows, better sizing effect was obtained when the water absorbency of copolymer film was less.
