摘  要:使用以C-9石油树脂、松香为原料制得的混合改性施胶剂(MPRS-Ⅱ)对CTMP进行施胶优化实验。讨论了pH值、硫酸铝用量、施胶剂用量等施胶条件对施胶效果的影响。实验结果表明:MPRS-Ⅱ最适宜的添加量是2%,使用这个添加量在低浓硫酸铝(0.37%)使用条件下,最适宜的施胶pH范围是4.5~5,在此条件下被测试纸页的施胶度在80~90s之间。在高浓硫酸铝(2%)的使用条件下,在pH为4时施胶效果最好,此时的施胶度可达135s。在对比实验所设定的条件下使用MPRS-Ⅱ的施胶效果优于单一使用AKD、皂化松香胶、MPRS-Ⅰ。MPRS-Ⅱ在硫酸铝的用量为2%、pH值为4的条件下的施胶效果最好。当MPRS-Ⅱ在硫酸铝的用量为0.37%、pH值为5的条件下的施胶效果跟松香胶与MPRS-Ⅰ胶两种施胶剂以3:1的质量比复配使用时的效果相当,但硫酸铝的用量只有后者的70%左右,施胶的pH由后者的4提高到5。In this research, a composite modified size (MPRS- Ⅱ ) was prepared using C-9 petroleum resin and rosin as raw materials sizing agents and was applied to CTMP. The effect of sizing conditions, such as the pH value, the dosage of sizing agents as well as the dosage of Al2 (SO4)3 were also discussed, from which the optimum sizing conditions was obtained the dosage of sizing agents was 2%,the pH value was 4.5-5 when the dosage of Al2(SO4)3 was 0.37%, the pH value was 4 when the dosage of Al2(SO4)3 was 2%, their respectively sizing degree was 80-90seconds and 135 seconds. Under the sizing conditions of contrast experiment, the effect of MPRS- Ⅱ was better than that of AKD, saponified rosin size, MPRS- Ⅰ. which had optimum effect when the dosage of sizing agents was 2% and the pH value was 4. The effect of MPRS- Ⅱ when the dosage of Al2 (SO4)3 was 0.37% and the pH value was 5 was similar with that of the multi-compounding of petroleum resin size and saponified rosin size with 3:1quality ratio, but the dosage of Al2(SO4)3 was the latter 70% and pH value was 5 comparing the latter 4.
