摘　　要：结合对杭州社区居委会建设情况的剖析,指出目前社区建设受社区居委会职能、居住片区物业管理、社区设施分解建设等因素的影响,存在着诸如社区服务主体错位、行政化倾向明显、社区认同感欠缺和社区开裂等方面的问题,提出了一些针对性的改造措施和建议。Based on analysis of the construction of Hangzhou residents＇ committee, this paper points out that many problems, such as dislocation of community service subject, evident administrative inclination, lack of sense of community identify and inner cracking of community, etc. are caused by the current situation of the function of community residents＇ committee, the property management for designated neighborhood, and the separated construction of community service facilities. The author comes up with some measures and suggestions for improvement with clear aim.
