居住区景观的若干思考

摘　　要：居住区景观直接影响居住水平,应处理好以下问题:景观设计贯穿于规划、建筑设计的全过程,三者互动;将居住区静态交通对景观的负面影响尽量降低;改进居住区绿地指标体系,建议引入绿地比指标;研究不同类型住宅对景观的不同要求,通过风景分析手段对规划设计进行指导.Landscape of residential district directly influences living quality. The following matters should be carefully dealt with： planning and architectural design should be permeated with landscape design, and the three should be interacted; reducing the unfavorable influence of car parking to the full; improving green space index system of residential district and introducing the index of green space ratio （total green space area/total floor area）; making study on different requirements of different types of housing, and guiding the planning and design by means of landscape analysis.
