摘　　要：四聚体(tetramer)技术是近来发展的一种可直接检测抗原特异性T细胞(antigen specific Tcells,AST)的新方法,在病毒感染、肿瘤、自身免疫病研究及抗原肽免疫优势表位筛选中有着广阔的应用前景。文章简要介绍主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-抗原肽与T细胞表面受体作用的分子基础、四聚体分子构建及由此衍生的四聚体方法技术类型,并就该技术应用于临床疾病的AST研究现状进行综述。Tetramer technique is a newly developed method for antigen specific T cell （ AST ） determination, and has a extensive application foreground in virus infection, tumor and autoimmunone disease investigation, also in immuno-dominant epitope of antigen-peptide option. This paper briefly presents the molecular bases of major histocompatibility complex （ MHC ） -antigen peptide and T cell receptor （TCR） interaction, tetramer development and technique types of tetramer, also summarizes actuality of this technique in AST application for clinical research.
