摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道双极等离子体电切术(PKVP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果.方法回顾分析了67例BPH患者采用经尿道双极等离子体电切术,平均随访4～15个月并对疗效进行分析.结果本组67例均1次完成手术,术中出血少,术后膀胱冲洗时间短,术后平均住院时间6d,无TURP综合征及闭孔神经反射发生.结论双极等离子前列腺电切术临床效果良好,并发症少,手术创伤小,可应用于不同前列腺增生患者.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate in treatment of BPH. Methods 67 cases of BPH were treated with TURP, followed up for 4 - 15 months and the clinical effects were anlynased. Results All cases were successful treated with less bleeding, shorter bladder irrigation and hospitalized only for 6 days, no TURP syndrome was observed. Conclusion To treat BPH by PKVP can get a good result with safe, less complications, minimally invasive and a shorter hospital stay.
