摘　　要：自从上世纪90年代纤维蛋白胶被用作药物缓释载体以来,很多研究机构及医院已经成功将纤维蛋白胶作为药物缓释载体加入抗肿瘤药、生长激素、骨形态发生蛋白、消炎痛、止血药等,有些甚至已经制作成商品成品出售.但将其作为抗生素载体,国内外的报道不多,尚无相关方面深入、系统的研究.现就纤维蛋白胶的体外试验研究做一综述.Since 1990＇s, fibrin sealant was used as drug delay release carrier, many institutes and hospitals have successfully add anticancer drug, chondrotropic hormone, bone morphogenetic protein, antifani, anthemorrhagic to produce drug delay release system. But there are fewer reports about using fibrin sealant as antibiotic carrier, and studies are systematic and penetrating. The review introduced study development of fibrin sealant about it＇s out body character, usage as histology bracket, usage as drug carrier.
