摘 要:近年来前列腺恶性肿瘤呈明显上升趋势,自20世纪70年代以来,超声、CT、MRI、核医学等医学影像学检测方法发展迅速,但对早期肿瘤诊断的敏感性及特异性不强.因此,有待新的检查技术的开展.三维磁共振波谱成像(MRS)能动态地监测细胞内的代谢变化,助于诊断早期前列腺肿瘤,特别对中央带前列腺癌(PCa)的检出有重要价值.就MRS对前列腺癌的特异性和敏感性做一综述.Recently, prostate malignant tumor has a tendency of going up obviously. In the 1970s 20th-century, hyperacoustic and detection methods of medical mageology such as CT, MRI, NM have developed fast. However, sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis for nonage tumor are not powerful enough. Hence, some new examine technology need to be carried out. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) can detect intracellular metabolism changing, help to diagnose nonage prostract tumor, and it is important for detecting of central prostate cancer (PCa). In this article, we commented on sensitivity and specificity of prostate cancer.
