摘　　要：对鼻中隔偏曲发病因素、临床特征和手术进展及存在的问题进行综述.认为矫正鼻中隔偏曲有不同的术式选择,掌握恰当手术原则及选择合适的手术方式可取得满意的手术效果.We comprehensively analyzed the etiological factors, clinical manifestation, operative development, and existence problems of deviation of nasal septum and provided reference for clinician major in otorhinolaryngology and researchers. Deviation of nasal septum has different surgical choices and grasp of appropriate operative standard and method can lead to a satisfied surgical effect.
