摘　　要：早期妊娠终止分为手术流产与药物流产两种.早期妊娠终止的完全流产率可达到90%以上,是世界上使用最多的医疗技术之一.多发生在20～29岁的妇女中(约占50%左右),未育妇女占多数,这部分人群面临再次妊娠生育的问题.早期妊娠终止的远期安全性受到广泛的关注,手术流产和药物流产对再次妊娠妇女的孕期和分娩期母儿的影响成了热点问题.就该问题作一综述.Termination of early pregnancy includes surgical abortion and medical abortion. It is one of the most popular medical treatment in the world. The complete abortion is about more than ninety percent. More and more people using regimen user which is 20 to 29 years old have no children and face the procreative question. The long-term safety of abortion is a hot spot. The effect of abortion with surgical abortion and medical abortion on the outcome of subsequent pregnancy is an important issue .The paper discussed it.
