摘　　要：随着医学科技的快速发展,电子诊疗仪器层出不穷,目前对心血管疾病的心电检查方法和项目也日趋增高.在临床工作中,往往存在着对检查方法的特点、优势和缺限及临床适应证把握不够,常出现盲目、重复检查或漏项检查,这样既不利于疾病的诊断和治疗又浪费资源,给病人造成不必要的经济负担.主要介绍几种目前常用心电检查方法的特点、缺限和临床适应证,使临床医生能够在实际工作中对症选项,正确选择检查方法,防止漏诊、误诊或盲目检查,减少重复检查和过度检查.Along with the fast development and treatment instrument pile up one after another, of medicine science and technology, the electronics diagnosis currently to cardiovascular disease cardiac loop the electricity check method and item also gradually increase. But usually exist in the clinical work, the grasp of the examination＇s characteristics, advantages, shortcomings and clinical indications is not enough, blindfold check and repeated or leak a check come out frequently. So not only disadvantageous at the disease＇s diagnosis and the treatment, and waste resource, will also give the patient result in unnecessary economy burden. Therefore, this treatise mainly introduced characteristics, defects and clinical indications of common use cardiac loop electricity check method. The purpose is to make clinical doctor can choose correctly choice check method, prevent a blindness check, repeat check and excesssive check.
