三峡库区美国库拉索芦荟中芦荟苷和芦荟多糖含量测定

摘　　要：文章在分析三峡库区美国库拉索芦荟中芦荟苷和芦荟多糖含量的基础上,采用高效液相色谱和紫外分光光度法分别测定芦荟中芦荟苷、芦荟多糖、乙酰化多糖的含量,通过对三峡库区种植美国库拉索芦荟与云南元江相比,指出芦荟中芦荟苷、芦荟多糖和乙酰化多糖的含量并无差异,三峡库区适宜种植美国库拉索芦荟.By the determination of the content of aloin and aloe polysaccharides of American aloe vulgaris in Three Gorges area and by using HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry to detect the contents of aloin and aloe polysaccharides in aloe, this paper shows it is preferable that American aloe vulgaris are planted in the Three Gorges area according to the Ch. p （2005） which has displays that there is no discrepancy of the contents of aloin, aloe polysaccharides and acetylating aloe polysaccharides in the American aloe which are planted in Three Gorges area and Yunnan Yuanjiang.
