摘 要:采用熔体分散混合制浆法制备了Al-6.56Si浆料,研究了熔体温度、熔体分散程度、制浆室温度和熔体流量等因素对浆料组织的影响。结果表明,上述4个因素影响熔体的过冷度和温度分布。要获得细小、均匀、非枝晶的浆料组织,熔体温度应不高于650℃、分散器转速应在700~1000r/min、制浆室温度应低于300℃、熔体流量应在6~12kg/min。In order to improve and to optimize the performance of the equipment for the preparation of semi-solid slurry by melt spreading and mixing method,a series of experiments have been conducted to observe the effects of some processing parameters including melt temperature,degree of melt spreading,temperature of slurry-making chamber and melt injection on the microstructure of Al-6.56 Si alloy.The results reveal that the four factors have affected the under-cooling degree and temperature distribution of melt.The spheroidized fine microstructure with dispersive distribution can be prepared by controlling melt temperature less than 650 ℃ and rotating speed of spreading machine at 700~1 000 r/min as well as temperature of making-chamber less than 300 ℃ and melt injection at in range of 6 kg/min^12 kg/min.
