犬自体静脉与腹膜碎片镶嵌种植人工血管的研究

摘  要:目的:探讨加速人工血管内皮化,提高人工血管移植后通畅率的途径.方法:犬自体静脉与腹膜碎片镶嵌种植人工血管,行股动脉移植.结果与结论:细胞镶嵌种植后的人工血管在短期内形成了管腔内皮化,提高了人工血管移植通畅率.光、电镜及免疫组化观察,证实了移植血管新生内膜的细胞组成.内膜厚度测定,种植组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.01 ),内皮化后抑制了内膜的增生.腹膜间皮细胞与内皮细胞在形态及功能上的相似性,使其同样具有很好的应用前景.镶嵌种植技术为一快速、简便的人工血管内皮化方法,具有较高的临床应用价值.After autologous venous and peritoneal tissue fragments were inlaid as vascular seeding grafts, the grafts were then implanted into canine femoral arteries. The results showed that endothelialization of vascular prostheses could increase patent rate. The new intima of vascular prostheses took shape shortly after autovenous or peritoneal tissue fragments being implanted and it was found growing well under the observation of light and electron microscope. Immunohis-tochemical assay also proved that the inside surface of vessel was covered by endothelial cells. The determi-antion to neointima of vascular prostheses showed that intima was thinner in implanted groups than that in control groups (P<0. 01). After endothelialization of vascular prostheses the hyperplasia of intima was inhibited. The similarity of endothelial and mesothelial cells in the form and the function led to the mesothelial cells having good clinical prospect. The technique of inlaid seeding was a rapid and convenient method in the future clinical practice.
