摘  要:目的:探讨大隐静脉结构变化与下肢静脉曲张发生的关系.方法:通过曲张和正常静脉的光镜、电镜检查,定性地分析两者结构的区别;通过图像定量分析,定量地比较两者胶原纤维相对含量(RCC)、弹性纤维相对含量(RCE)、管壁僵硬度(C/E) 以及中膜结缔组织基质在中膜平滑肌中的体积密度(CmC/MmC).结果:曲张静脉平滑肌细胞发生增生和转化;胶原纤维增生且RCC增多;弹性纤维崩解且RCE减少;C/E和 CmC/MmC也都升高.结论:静脉壁中膜平滑肌收缩性降低及管壁弹性降低使静脉易发生扩张.In order to probe the relationship between the histological structures of the great saphe-nous veins and the etiology of varicose veins of lower extremities, the histological structures were qualified by light microscopy and electron microscopy. The relative contents of collagen fibres (RCC),the relative contents of elastic fibres (RCE), the elastic stiffness (C/ E) and the volumetric density of the connective tissue in the medial circular muscle layer (CmC/MmC) were quantified by the image analysis instrument. The hy-perplasia and transsition were found in smooth muscle cells of varicose veins. Hyperplasia accompanied by the increase of RCC appeared in collagen fibres of varicose veins. However, degeneration accompanied by the decrease of RCE appeared in elastic fibres of varicose veins. The levels of C/E and CmC/MmC in varicose veins were also higher than those in normal veins. The dilation of the veins was caused by the reduction of contractility in medial smooth muscles elasticity in vein walls. These factors played important roles in the etiology of varicose veins of lower extremities.
