摘　　要：我国传统产业集群目前主要存在技术水平不高、创新动力不足、合作创新缺乏等问题。集群网络的优化、知识溢出与技术吸收效率的提高,以及集群在全球价值链中地位的提升,是实现我国传统产业集群升级的创新机制;在此基础上,提出了我国传统产业集群升级的对策。This thesis first points out that the existing major problems, such as lower technological level, insufficient innovative motivation and lack of cooperative innovation etc., restrict industry cluster upgrade at present, and that the basis of industry cluster upgrade mainly lies in such aspects as optimization of innovation pervasion regime of cluster network, increasing efficiency of cluster technology innovation and technology absorption, promotion of cluster location in global value chains. On the basis of it, this thesis puts forward the countermeasures of traditional industry cluster upgrade in China.
