快速城市化时期雅安市土地资产运营浅析

摘　　要：近年随着雅安市城市化速度加快,土地资产运营的成效显著,但通过具体数据分析可以看出雅安市单位面积土地资产收益以及土地资产收益净增长率波动较大,土地资产的保值增值未能得到较好持续实现的问题仍然存在。因此,雅安市政府及相关部门应采取进一步加大收储土地、市场化供地和土地拍卖的力度,继续坚持"非饱和供地"等措施,使该市土地资产运营进入稳定发展的轨道。In recent yearn, urbanizntion was fast in Ya＇an City,and the performance of land assets operation was significant. But after data analysis in detail,some problems could be point out： the proceeds of land assets and its net growth ratio were volatile,the preserve and sustainable increment of land assets value still could not be realized,etc. Therefore,the government and related departments should take out some measures such as increasing land reserve and land auction,keeping non- saturated land providing to put the operation of land assets into stable development track.
