摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设关系到我国社会的稳定和发展,合理科学的土地集约利用将会在新农村建设和发展中发挥极其重要的作用。从当前农村土地利用现状入手,分析了新农村建设土地集约利用所面临的问题,探讨了加快农业生产与村庄建设中土地集约利用方式转变和优化的途径,以便更好地促进社会主义新农村建设。Tne building of the new socialist countryside were relational with social stability and harmonious development, the reasonable scientific intensive use of land would play an important role in the building and development of the rural areas. Therefore, this article based on the current land use in rural areas, analyzed the problems of land use in new rural construction, and discussed the mode of land - intensive change and optimization in agricultural production and village construction, so as to promote the building of new socialist countryside.
