摘　　要：报告３１例肺部病灶超声引导下经胸水肺穿刺活检。恶性肿瘤细胞学阳性率９２．９％（２６／２８），假阴性７．１％（２／２８）。３例良性病变的诊断特异性为１００％，总的准确率为９３．５％。经胸水肺穿刺开辟了针吸活检的新途径。文中重点讨论了其诊断价值及应用体会。Thirty one cases of pneumocentesis per pleural effusion with ultrasonic guide in the pulmonary focal lesions were reported.The cytologic positive rate of malignant tumours was 92 9%(26/28).The false negative rate was 7 1%(2/28).The diagnostic speciality of benign tumour(3 cases)was 100%.The total correct diagnostic rate was 93 5%.Pneumocentesis per pleural effusion initiated the new way of needle aspiration biopsy.The diagnostic value and practical knowledge were discussed.
