摘  要:以胡芦巴(Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)为试验材料,研究了不同浓度梯度的NaCl溶液对其种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。种子萌发试验表明,胡芦巴种子的发芽率、相对发芽率和发芽指数在浓度≤0.5%的NaCl溶液处理下与对照无差异,但当NaCl浓度>0.5%时,处理组与对照间表现出显著或极显著差异,当NaCl浓度达到2.0%时,处理组种子萌发的各项指标降到最低。幼苗生长试验表明,NaCl浓度低于0.5%时,对幼苗的生长未表现出不利影响,而当盐胁迫浓度高于0.5%时,幼苗在形态上表现出明显的盐害特征。上述两方面的研究证实,胡芦巴种子及其幼苗能耐受0.5%的NaCl胁迫,表明胡芦巴具有一定的耐盐性。该研究结果为胡芦巴在天津滨海盐碱地区的种植、栽培奠定了基础,并提供了可利用的关键数据资料。The seed germination and seedling growth of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) under NaCl solutions in distinct concentrations of 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% were studied in this experiment. The seed germination results show that: germination percentage, relative germination percentage and germination index of the seeds treated with NaCl solutions less than 0.5% had no notable differences with CK, while they were the lowest in the treatment of 2.0% NaCl solution. The seedling growth results show there were no adverse effects on the growth of the seedlings when NaCl solutions were tess than 0.5%. While when the concentration of salt stress was more than 0.5%, the seedlings showed some notable characteristics of salinity harm. The results indicate that fenugreek was tolerant to 0.5% NaCl stress, and could bear salt stress at some degree. Thus, the foundation for the cultivation of fenugreek in saline-alkali soil of coastal region of Tianjin had been laid, and the key data were also provided.
