摘　　要：苦参碱是天然豆科植物苦豆籽中提取的一种生物碱,归心、肝、胃、大肠和膀胱经。具有抗虫抗病毒抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗心律失常、抗炎,组织细胞增生和纤维化等作用。转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族是免疫调节、细胞生长和分化、细胞外基质的合成和贮存、胚胎发育、创伤修复的重要细胞因子。主要探讨TGF在苦参碱预防和治疗肿瘤,纤维化和炎症的作用机制,为苦豆子生物碱的深入研究提供思路。Matrine is an alkaloid extracted from legume, and its meridian distribution was heart, liver, stomach, large intestine and bladder. It has several functions, including anti-microbial, anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-arrhythmia, anti-inflammation, anti-cell proliferation and anti-fibrosis , and so on. TGF-β superfamily is an important cytokine in immune regulation, cell growth and differentiation, extracellular matrix synthesis and storage, embryo development and wound healing. This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of tumor, fibrosis and inflammation prevention and treatment by matrine, so as to provide ideas for deep study on sophora alkaloid.
