摘　　要：房价高涨,农村城市化,城市建设开发巨大的动拆迁量带来巨大的住宅需求。在这种背景下,上海市政府提出建设"四高"示范居住区,但这都是在社会住房预算的严密限制下完成的。设计运用钢筋、混凝土等传统建筑材料,展现结构本身的技术能力和艺术魅力。在低造价建造的条件下,建筑师在控制住宅成本的同时,通过实现住宅的美学价值同样可以体现对社会人文生态的关怀。The requirement of housing increase quickly cause it＇s price become more expensive. So the Shanghai govement plan to build the model housing of Shanghai Si-gao community that it must be low price . Architect show the technical force and artistic charm of reinforced concrete structure in this project. In case of designing, the emphasis on socical and humanistic ecology also can be reflected by aesthetics value of the building.
