摘 要:目的按照国家血吸虫病疫情控制评估要求,评估四川省血吸虫病疫情控制的效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法收集2003-2007年间全省血吸虫病防治各项指标数据;2007年采用现场调查方法调查居民和家畜的感染情况,钉螺分布情况,核查防治资料的完整性和准确性。结果2003-2007年全省居民感染率从0.16%降至0.08%;家畜感染率为从3.68%降至0.18%;急性血吸虫病逐年下降,从58例降为0;实有钉螺面积从7018.62万m2降至2568.88万m2;感染性钉螺从626只降至0。2007年现场调查24个县72个村,人群平均感染率为0.19%,有23个村查出阳性患者,以村为单位感染率最高为1.37%;耕牛平均感染率为0.13%,有4个村有病牛,以村为单位感染率最高为1.92%;查出有螺环境388处,22.5389万m2,活螺平均密度为0.18只/0.1m2,无阳性钉螺。血防资料完整,能够反映当地的血吸虫疫情和防治工作情况,及逐年动态变化情况。资料核查和走访调查表明,2007年无急性血吸虫病病例发生。结论2004年以来四川省血吸虫病疫情逐年下降,各项指标已达到了我国血吸虫病疫情控制标准。Objective To evaluate the effect of infection control of schistosomiasis in Sichuan Province according to Chinese national evaluation requirements of infection control of schistosomiasis. Methods Data about sichistosomiasis control activities during 2003 to 2007 in Sichuan Province were collected by use of retrospective study. In addition, the infection condition of local population and livestock, the distribution situation of snails were investigated by field investigation in 2007. The completeness and accuracy of prevention information were also verified. Results During 2003-2007, the infection rates of residents in Sichuan decreased from 0.61% to 0. 08% ; the infection rates of livestock decreased from 3.68% to 0. 18% ; the numbers of acute schistosomiasis cases decreased gradually from 58 to 0 ; the snail habitat areas decreased from 70. 1862 to 25.69 million m^2 ; the numbers of infected snails decreased from 626 to 0. At the field surveys in 72 villages of 24 counties in 2007, the human average infection rate was 0. 19%, and there were schistosomiasis patients in 23 villages with a highest infection rate of 1.37 % ( unit = village). The cattle average infection rate was 0. 13 %, and there were infected cattles in 4 villages with the highest infection rate of 1.92% ( unit = village). The results indicated that the areas of snail habitats were 22.5 389 m^2 of 388 spots, and the average density of living snail was 0. 18/0. 1m^2. However, no positive snails were detected. All the data related to schistosomiasis control were complete and could reflect the local prevalence, control activities and annual alteration trends of the infection. By data-checking and house-visiting, no acute cases of schistosomiasis were identified in 2007. Conclusion Since 2004, the infection rate of schistosomiasis decreases annually, and all indices regarding to control program measured are up to the Criteria of Schistosomiasis Control in China issued by Chinese Ministry of Health.
